What should I expect?
Counseling takes several different forms. Here are descriptions of the work that I might be doing with you or your child:
Individual Counseling:
Meeting one-on-one with a counselor to process personal challenges in a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment, and to gain coping strategies so that you can to work towards desired change and a fulfilling future.Couples/Families:
Couples/Families work together with a counselor to process difficulties, improve communication, and find support while working through situational or relationship issues.
Children`s Counseling:Children`s counseling provides an opportunity for children ages 2 to 17 years to work one-on-one with a counselor. The counselor provides guidance and support to help resolve issues, recover from an upsetting experiences, and explore thoughts and feelings. Play and Sand tray therapies are often used as a natural method of self expression.
Online Counseling:Online counseling is professional counseling services via computer. Counseling is conducted via video conferencing, allowing the counselor and client to see and hear each other while in the counseling session.

Public Speaking
Do you or your church/group need a speaker for an upcoming event? I am available to speak on a variety of topics such as parenting, marriage, trauma, stress/mindfulness or improving communication, to name just a few. I`d love to address your group sometime soon!
FAQ
Rates
$125.00 per 50 Minute session.
Insurance
I am now In-Network with United Healthcare/Optum Insurance, and The Alliance.
If I don`t accept your insurance, we have some other options.
You can check with your insurance company to find out if you have “out of network” benefits. If so, I can provide you with a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company to be reimbursed for your out of pocket expenses.
Remember that your expenses are tax-deductible as well.
Payment
I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept Health Savings accounts (HSA).
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of session.
